We'll do ANYTHING for your 50 Votes

Ok. Voting for the Peak Performance Project has started. If you haven't heard it's a big contest that the radio station the Peak 100.5 has put on for BC bands. We have made it to the final 19 bands. The winner receives 150,000 dollars and the two runner ups get a lot of money as well. To advance their careers of course. No limousine rides or alcohol binges, just recording, touring etc, i.e. career advancement.

Now a big portion of the competition is the fan voting and we plan on doing anything we can to win this portion of the competition.

I personally believe that Every Person has at least 50 votes for us in them. If you think about it, you probably have access to at least a couple different computers and internet connections to get you a few votes, but what you also have is a pool of friends and family that maybe haven't heard of us, but i'm sure if they had they'd love us all the same.

Now what i'm proposing is this. I and the Painted Birds are prepared to do anything, and I mean ANYTHING to get your 50 plus votes. All you have to do is forward on this link

vote.thepaintedbirds.com

to your email contacts or facebook friends or post it on your twitter or publish it as your facebook status for several days in a row or access any pool of contacts that you may have through your job, your church etc. Just make sure to tell them to vote for the Painted Birds. It's easy and it's super quick. Once you type in the address and are at the page it's literally two clicks, one for the painted birds, one 'submit vote' button at the bottom and you're done.

Like i said we'll do anything for those votes. This is our idea. If you're going to help we'll let you pick a dare, or a mission or any sort of possible task to complete and we will do it for you. (Dares tasks and missions of course can't be anything immoral and must be within reason of course. nothing too illegal, or lewd or defamating).

Requests thus far have been for us to perform an acoustic version of our new single "Wash Away", to have dinner and evening with the painted birds, and for us to provide music at one of our friends' wedding. Really if you can help us and you have something you'd like us to do we'll do it. To prove it we'll even film it and post it online for you and your friends to see, including of course a little personal thank you within the video. To make a request please send me your request and a summary of how you're helping us to dom@thepaintedbirds.com.

To make sure we know you're helping us out just CC or BCC me at dom@thepaintedbirds.com. If you're of course using facebook just include me or one of the painted birds, Josh Mcnorton, Shawn Berke, in one of your mass messages.

Again please message me at dom@thepaintedbirds.com if you have any questions about this.

Hope all is well with all of you, our good friends,

Peace and Love

Dom
